Lenovo has unveilied a preview and demo of the world’s first foldable PC. Lenovo says this is not a phone, tablet, or familiar hybrid but a full-fledged laptop with a foldable screen.

In the past, a 13.3-inch screen on a laptop demanded that the device stay at that same size footprint, that's not the case with this single OLED 2K display made in collaboration with LG Display that can fold in half and reduce its width by 50 percent. With productivity and remote workplaces becoming a thing, Lenovo has made this keeping those who work and travel in mind.

No price has been released as this is a working proof concept which quite frankly looks gorgeous in physical design. Lenovo still has a few issues to consider especially with a physical keyboard placement so don't expect this device until a year later.

In any case, Lenovo's attempt at folding technology won't be seen without its critics. Samsung have entered that market and the hype folded in on itself. Samsung is still dealing with the fallout of devices malfunctioning with the screen breaking despite claims it had been field tested.
